We have implemented HP SIM 5.3 for monitoring our HP hardware and we are facing unique problem which is supposed to be known bug from HP. Problem is HP SIM lose its connectivity with SQL database. IRTC forum also says that it is known issue. We are currently working with L3 to find out root cause.
Let us know if you if you are aware of it.

Thanks,
Vikash

I agree 100%. HP needs a reset button for iLO. I've had issues as well where iLO is locked and no way to fix it but to take down the OS. If anyone from HP is reading this, *please* get it in the enhancement request queue.
